If you do not know your tax number or are unsure if you have a tax number contact SARS at 0860 121 219 to obtain it. If SARS informs you that you are not registered our accounting partners can register you. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out!
eFile is managed by registered accountants, who have years of experience working with tax submissions and other financial services. We want to provide you with the best possible service and will always provide a service that is professional and on time.
eFile accountants are also registered members of the South African Revenue Services as well as the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.
To submit a tax return on your behalf we require permission from you. If you agree with terms please click the red X to eSign the Letter of Appointment.
Once you’ve requested a tax submission and supplied us with all your information, you will be able to track your submission progress by clicking the dashboard button in the top menu.
If you wish to close your eFile account, please contact us. We would obviously hope that never happens.
We have integrated with the great guys at PayFast. You will be redirected to the PayFast portal where you can make payment using a chipped debit, credit card, EFT or Bitcoin.
Once payment is processed you will be redirected to the eFile website and we’ll display the status of your payment (either failed or success). From here you can track you submission by clicking on the dashboard button in the top menu.
